I can never do this math in my head after a sweaty match. Just punch in your kills, deaths, assists, and this free tool breaks it all down — KDA, KD ratio, performance rating, even how you stack up against pro benchmarks.

Why I made this kill death assist tool (and the Valorant game that humbled me)
I dropped a 22‑kills game in Valorant the other night and still had no clue if I played well. My duo said my KDA was cracked. I wasn't so sure. I've had games where I got a ton of kills but also died constantly feeding the other team. That's the thing with a simple kill death assist calculator — it doesn't just count your frags. It tells you if those kills actually mattered.
This tool uses the standard KDA formula — (Kills + Assists) divided by Deaths — the exact same math every competitive gamer should know. But I didn't want to stop at just a number. I added game‑specific benchmarks because a KDA of 3.0 in League of Legends is completely different from a 3.0 in CS2 or Apex. I also added role expectations. A support main shouldn't be judged by the same ruler as an entry fragger. Context is everything, and I got tired of random teammates yelling at our support for "only" having a 1.5 KDA when that's literally perfect for the role.
What this KDA checker actually gives you
🎯 Game‑Specific Benchmarks
Choose your game and the tool automatically adjusts what counts as "good." A 2.0 KDA in Valorant puts you near the top, but in Overwatch it's barely average. No more guessing.
🛡️ Role‑Based Expectations
Supports shouldn't be compared to carries. Pick your role and see the expected KDA and K/D range for your playstyle. It's way less tilting than comparing yourself to the wrong baseline.
⚔️ Multi‑Kill Weighted Score
Getting doubles, triples, even a penta? Those matter. The tool weights multi‑kills into a fun "Overall Score" so you don't just stare at a decimal and wonder.
🔏 Nothing Leaves Your PC
This free KDA calculator runs entirely in your browser. No ads, no tracking, no data collection. I don't even have a server to send stuff to. It's just HTML and JavaScript.
KDA Benchmarks by Game
Compare your KDA to typical performance standards across popular competitive games. These are based on community‑aggregated data and are a solid reality check.

KDA by Role & Position
Different roles have different KDA expectations based on their playstyle. Don't let a duelist tell you your Sentinel KDA is trash.
Common questions I get about KDA and this calculator
How do I calculate my kill death assist ratio?
Take your kills, add your assists, then divide by your deaths. So (K + A) / D. If you had zero deaths, you get a perfect score — no division by zero nonsense here. This kill death assist calculator does it instantly.
What is a good KDA?
Depends entirely on the game and your role. In Valorant, anything above 1.5 is solid. In Overwatch, supports often hit 5.0+. That's why the benchmarks table exists — check where you land compared to the average for your game.
How is the Overall Score calculated?
It's a 0‑100 weighted score. KDA ratio gets 60% of the weight, K/D ratio gets 20%, kill participation gets 10%, and multi‑kill bonuses (doubles, triples, etc.) add the final 10%. It's a quick snapshot of your overall impact.
Does this work for any game?
Yeah, it's universal. I've used it for League, Valorant, CoD, Apex, even Overwatch. Any game that tracks kills, deaths, and assists can be plugged into this gaming KDA tool.
Is my match data saved or shared?
Never. This free KDA checker runs completely in your browser. Close the tab and your stats are gone. Use the "Copy Results" button if you want to save them.
Can I track multiple matches?
Right now it's designed for a single session — punch in your total kills, deaths, assists for the games you played and it'll give you a session overview. For per‑match tracking, just hit reset between games.
